TAKE THE FIRST STEP

Your journey starts with a 15-minute Discovery Call. We’ll ask a few questions about your health history and goals to ensure we’re the perfect gym to help you.

Towards the end of our call, we’ll schedule your Starting Point Session. During this initial appointment, we’ll give you a quick tour of our facility, introduce you to the team, guide you through a short intro workout, and put together a plan of attack to get you feeling your absolute best again.

SMALL GROUP
PERSONAL TRAINING

Train with 3-5 other like-minded adults as you progress toward your individual goals! Small Group Personal Training (SGT) combines the specificity and accountability of 1-on-1 personal training with the energy, support, and camaraderie of a small group atmosphere at a fraction of the cost of traditional personal training.
